How long does the delivery take?

The buyer is responsible for entering the delivery address correctly. If the shipment fails due to an incorrect delivery address, URBANY'S is not liable for the loss of the shipment.

Delivery times within Switzerland
1 - 3 days

If there is a delay in a delivery, the buyer will be informed immediately. In this case he has the right to terminate the contract free of charge.
